Product Description

VINEYARD
The coordination between viticulture and winemaking teams is essential when choosing fruit, to achieve the optimum level of _avor and balance in the wine. The vineyards selected for the Beringer Classics wines are bathed in warm sunshine the majority of the day, to yield the most ripe, sun-kissed fruit _avors in the grapes

WINEMAKING NOTES
Winemaking begins in the vineyard and often peaks with the harvest of the grapes that have been carefully tended all year long. Grapes for the Beringer Classics Cabernet Sauvignon were picked at the peak of maturity to maintain the fruit’s ripe _avors in the _nished wine. Winemaking focused on highlighting the varietal’s innate rich, black fruit _avors while layering the sweet spices of oak, resulting in a smooth, fruit-forward wine with a pleasing _nish.

TASTING NOTES
Beringer Classics Cabernet Sauvignon is full of jammy black fruit_avors that make this wine enticing from the _rst sip. The sweet vanilla and richness of the oak _avors blend seamlessly into the wine, o_ering just a hint of spice. Easy-drinking and satisfying, this wine is well-suited to a variety of occasions.
